Growth Accelerator Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Growth Accelerator Program (“Program”) offered by Remote Clean Academy (“RCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and understands the scope, limitations, and service structure outlined below.

1. Program Purpose and Nature of Services

The Growth Accelerator Program is designed as an advanced monthly support service to help clients improve their digital marketing infrastructure, website performance, CRM utilization, SEO visibility, and advertising readiness. It is intended to supplement the Client’s existing marketing efforts by providing technical execution and expert guidance within the boundaries of the services described.

This program does not offer guaranteed outcomes. It is a support-based service and should not be interpreted as a performance-based or result-based engagement.

2. No Guarantees or Promised Results

RCA does not guarantee or warrant:

• Any specific number of leads, sales, or revenue

• Improvements to ad performance (ROAS, CPC, CTR, etc.)

• Platform approvals (e.g., Google My Business, Google Local Services Ads, Meta Ads)

• Organic search rankings or SEO position

The success of any marketing or digital initiative is dependent on a variety of factors, including—but not limited to—market conditions, competition, customer demand, and proper execution by the client on leads and conversions.

3. Use of Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Many elements of this Program require the use of third-party tools and platforms such as Google, Facebook/Meta, CRM systems, hosting providers, and external SEO vendors.

Because these services are governed by policies and systems outside of RCA’s control:

• RCA cannot be held responsible for delays, policy changes, verification issues, or feature limitations on these platforms.

• RCA does not guarantee approvals, enhancements, or functionality tied to external vendors or technologies.

This Program is intended to be additive support that helps improve the Client’s digital footprint, but performance enhancements or measurable outcomes cannot be promised.

4. Monthly Scope and Limitations

The Program includes the following limits, which reset each billing cycle and do not roll over:

• Up to two (2) active requests at any time

• Up to four (4) new web pages per month

• Up to eight (8) content or image updates per month

• Up to eight (8) CRM support tickets per month

• Two (2) blog articles per month

• Up to five (5) SEO backlinks per month

• One (1) premium landing page with an A/B testing variant per campaign

• Facebook Ad Management: includes ad creative, content setup, and lead form integration

• Google LSA Setup Support: includes setup consulting and optimization guidance

• One (1) 30-minute strategy session per month with a business coach

• Priority support with a target turnaround of five (5) business days per request

All services are subject to proper and timely input by the Client (e.g., images, copy, branding assets). Incomplete submissions may result in delays.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Video Policy

Clients are eligible to receive two (2) UGC-style video ads every six (6) months for use on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

To qualify:

• Client must maintain an active subscription for three (3) consecutive months before the videos are produced.

• Video turnaround is up to twelve (12) business days after the three-month mark is met.

Early Access Option: Clients may choose to prepay the first three months of their subscription to receive four (4) UGC videos delivered upfront.

6. Cancellation Policy

This Program is offered on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time by providing a minimum seven (7) days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

To cancel, the Client must either:

• Submit a cancellation request via the RCA Portal ticket system, or

• Email: support@remotecleanacademy.com

• Subject: Cancel Growth Accelerator Program Membership

No partial-month refunds will be issued. All services remain available until the end of the billing period in which cancellation is submitted.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Submit requests using the appropriate ticketing system

• Provide necessary assets and approvals in a timely manner

• Acknowledge that failure to participate in the process may result in slower turnaround times or incomplete execution

RCA will not be responsible for delays or missed opportunities due to lack of responsiveness or missing materials from the Client.

8. Changes to Program or Terms

RCA reserves the right to adjust Program features, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions with at least seven (7) days’ written notice to active Clients. Continued use of the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Growth Accelerator Program, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms, limitations, and conditions stated above.
