
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Web Accelerator Program (“Program”) provided by Remote Clean Academy (“RCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Purpose and Scope of Services
The Web Accelerator Program is a support-based service offering defined deliverables, including web design, CRM support, SEO services, graphic design, access to training content, and basic marketing automation assistance.
The Program is designed to assist Clients in maintaining and enhancing their digital infrastructure but does not offer or imply any guaranteed results related to business performance, sales, marketing outcomes, platform approvals, or search engine rankings. Clients are responsible for how they apply the support provided within the Program.
2. No Guarantees or Promised Results
This service does not guarantee or warrant:
• Increased revenue or leads
• Google My Business verification or approval
• Search engine ranking improvements
• Any specific timeline or outcome for performance metrics
All services are offered as support tools to complement the Client’s own marketing and business efforts. Use of services and tools is at the Client’s sole discretion and risk.
3. Month-to-Month Agreement
This Program operates on a month-to-month basis and does not require a long-term commitment. Each billing cycle provides the defined monthly service limits, as outlined in the Deliverables Overview.
Important Notes:
• All service limits (e.g., ticket submissions, page builds, graphic design requests) reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Unused credits or services do not roll over into subsequent months.
• This policy ensures fair access and workload management across all clients.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel at any time by providing a minimum seven (7) days’ written notice before the next billing cycle begins.
To cancel the Program, the Client must:
• Submit a cancellation request via the support ticket system inside the RCA Portal
OR
• Email support at: support@remotecleanacademy.com
• Subject line: Cancel Web Accelerator Program Membership
The cancellation will be processed upon confirmation, and the Client will not be billed for the subsequent cycle if proper notice is given. Refunds for partial months will not be issued
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery of services, the Client agrees to:
• Provide all necessary assets (copy, images, videos) for web and design work.
• Submit requests via the designated ticket system.
• Review deliverables and respond within reasonable timeframes.
Delays in providing required materials may impact turnaround times.
6. Program Modifications
RCA reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement, as well as the scope of services provided under the Program, with at least seven (7) days’ notice to active Clients. Continued participation in the Program following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Web Accelerator Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
